Water Repellency Data: Static water repellency ratings of 6 were found on a wide variety of stone types including granite, marble, Saltillo, travertine, and concrete. The rating scale is 0-6. and untreated substrates had a 0 rating.
Oil Repellency Data: Static oil repellency ratings varied slightly by substrate. Travertine and marble rated a 6, Saltillo rated a 5, and concrete rated a 4. The rating scale is 0-6, and untreated substrates had a 0 rating.

• Hard surfaces such as granite, marble, tile, brick, Saltillo, concrete, limestone, slate, etc.
• Fabrics such as nylon, cotton, wool, polyester, polyolefin, etc.

Technical Information

SEALpro™ 3565 is a solvent based repellent made with acrylic fluoropolymer.

The product provides a repellent barrier on surfaces such as concrete, grout, saltillo, travertine, limestone, granite, marble, and slate.

Both water and oil repellency benefits are provided. It can be u sed in solvent-based penetrating sealers and surface treatments.


Mix well before using. The optimum loading level should be determined for each application and use. In general, SEALpro™ 3565 is used in diluted solutions containing 5 - 10 % of the as-delivered product.

SEALpro™ 3565 may be applied with a saturated brush, roller, or a low pressure type sprayer.

The product is soluble in most polar solvents. In non-polar solvents, alcohol/hydrocarbon mixtures such as isopropyl alcohol/heptane are recommended.

SEALpro™ 220 is a solvent-based acrylic fluorinated co-polymer that provides a durable, subsurface, transparent, protective barrier against oil and water on porous surfaces such as stone, tile, and grout. Applications SEALpro™ 220 is used in diluted solutions containing 1.5- 2.5% active ingredient (4-7% commercial product). The optimum level should be determined for each application.

The product may be applied using a saturated brush, roller, or mop, or a low-pressure garden-type sprayer.

SEALpro™ 220 is soluble in most hydrocarbons (e.g., heptane, white spirits, isoparaffins), esters, ketones, and hydrocarbon/alcohol mixtures (e.g., heptane/isopropyl alcohol).

In non-polar solvents, optimum performance can be achieved with the addition of 5-10% polar, protic solvents such as isopropyl alcohol.
